Description
Letter to James T. Taylor from H. Keyser regarding the repair of a telephone. Keyser requests that Taylor send the telephone as the issue is complicated and that there would be no point in sending a man over to repair it. Keyser also adds that due to a shortage of telephones, he would only be able to send a replacement when the shipment arrives.
