Description
Photograph of people viewing the extension of an intake into the Cajalco Reservoir, Riverside, November 19, 1939. People stand against a wire fence at the top of a rocky hill on the left as they gaze down at the deep crater in the earth where the reservoir lies. A ladder leads down either side of the inner walls to a small dock which floats in the water at center. The water flows through the rock walls into the background where it curves out of view to the right.
