Description
Scope/Content: Two men working in a lab, white lab coats; Verso: School of Medicine minority students. UCSF Medical Center has been stepping up recruitment of qualified minority students in the health sciences. Richard King, right, in-coming medical student from Whittier College, entered under one of UCSF's work-study programs. Here he is being instructed in laboratory procedures by Dr. Frank Yatsu, assistant professor of neurology.
