Description
Three members of the Tolan Congressional Committee of Japanese Removal as they arrived here for a hearing on March 6, 1942, in the State Building on the alien evacuation problem. They are, left to right, Congressmen Carl T. Curtis, Nebraska; Laurence Arnold, Illinois; and G. H. Bender, Ohio.
