A small wooden platform is visible beneath the building as seen near the left of the image. On the left, a small automobile sits adjacent to the structure. Two utility poles are visible further left. A single entrance is visible on the side of the large building, and roughly ten windows can be seen on its exterior. To the right of the structure, two large cylindrical tanks can be seen near a small sign. Behind the plant, a single large smokestack is visible stretching far above the building. Two pieces of large equipment can be seen to the left of the smokestack. To the right of the image, a small building and automobile are seen in the background. In the extreme foreground, small patches of vegetation cover the dirt.
