Construction of the 100-inch telescope observatory building, Mount Wilson Observatory, as seen from the 150-foot telescope tower. The steel framing of the domes roof is partially complete. The steel sheathing is also nearly complete. Scaffolding surrounds the concrete foundation of the building. Trees surround the construction area. The San Gabriel Mountains are in the background.
