Description: Zahn Memorial Center houses homeless familes for short stays and is headed by the Salvation Army. Program director, Wendy Wendland, right, is in the living room area. Families have separate bedrooms. The Center is set up similar to a hotel. Photo dated: Nov. 15, 1985.
