Early Visalia Electric, Sub. of South Pacific. Back of Keeley-Burdich-Keeley shows Visalia electric track has been put in 1916-1917 In 1919 the Unfinished franchise sold to Minkler R. Road as Sub., of Santa Fe, passenger service ended in 1924.
