Description: El Segundo's finest trying to figure out what to do next while the arrested demonstrators are seated on curb at the gate to U.S. Air Force Base at El Segundo and Isis. Others demonstrated in the area of Defense Department contractors such as Hughes, Rockwell, Northrop, etc. Photograph dated October 24, 1983.
