Description
New York: Holding posters demanding more black artists and black music on television, a group of black demonstrators takes the stage in front of the CBS TV cameras after the cancellation of the taping of the last segment of the Merv Griffin talk show here, 8/27. Earlier the protestors blew wood whistles from the audience loudly enough to prevent the taping of the show from continuing.
