View depicts the San Francisco earthquake and fire showing a grizzly bear with an arrow in his back standing on a hill in San Francisco (bear and city not in proportion, bear larger than life. Shows the city on fire, ruins in the foreground, bay and Ferry building in the distance. Copyright by California Insurance Co., 1907.
