Description: District Attorney Buron Fitts, who fought on the battlefields of France, today was ready to take the witness stand to fight a new battle for his own fate at his trial on perjury charges. The photograph shows Fitts on the stand, looking calm and in good spirits. Photograph taken February 5, 1936.
