Description
Published locally by Frank McDougal, this color-tinted postcard, dated April 9, 1946, bears the following printed inscription on the back, "Bordered by streets of leafy arches and facing the State Capitol park of 36 acres(containing 120 varieties of trees and myriads of rare shrubs and flowers) it has the most beautiful hotel site in America. It represents an investment of $2,500,000."
