Description: PG&E's Alto Substation seen from Roque Morales Drive. Trees that had screened this equipment from view were cut down just a couple weeks before a planned Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) in response to a high wind event. This PSPS lasted, in most of Mill Valley, beween October 26 and 29, 2019. (For photos taken slightly later see 2016.015.787 and 2016.015.788.
