Description
This circa 1960 photograph shows a cluster of businesses on J Street, between Third and Fourth Streets. Visible are the Plaza Rooms at 300 J Street, the Troy Hotel at 302 J Street, the office of the Agricultural Workers Organizing Committee, AFL-CIO, at 302 J Street, the Yee Family Association at 304 J Street, and Sam's Laundry at 304 J Street. The colorful turret at the far-right of the frame marks the Nagele Building.
