Description
Tent borrowed from Barnum Circus serves as temporary central fire station following demolition of brick station house damaged in 1933 earthquake. Sleeping quarters and the Alarm Office on its right. Rebuilt City Hall behind tent at left of photo; Omar Hubbard Apartment building stands in background.
