Interview with the committee of the AIDS Service Fund for the Rainbow Alliance of the Deaf (RAD) to discuss RAD's new AIDS services. Included are interviews with Jovan Ryg, Tony Gayle, Don Bangs on topics such as AIDS services for people with disabilities (specifically for deaf folks), fundraising for the organization, and the founding of the organization.
