"One of the earliest road camps between Santa Monica and Pico"--text, handwritten in pencil on verso. "Circa 1910" and "Real estate development" and "L.A. Real Estate #3"--text, handwritten in ink on verso. "M.L. Bailey Photos 1314 So. Hill St. Westmore 5934"--text, stamped in ink on verso. Title and date devised based on notes on verso.
