Description: A Sacramento Regional Transit train passes through the K Street Mall in 1987. The light rail system began operation in 1987 with the K Street Mall, converted to pedestrian-only in 1969, being part of the system's Blue Line, traveling from Watt Avenue to Cosumnes River College.
