Sunset Boulevard looking west from the NBC building. Numerous buildings can be seen including: The Broadway Hollywood, Hollywood Plaza Hotel, the Taft Building, etc. The NBC studio complex located at the northeast corner of Sunset and Vine was designed by famed architect John C. Austin and built in 1938. Many of America's most popular radio programs were broadcast from these facilities for over three decades.
