Description
Title supplied by cataloger.
Photograph caption dated May 11, 1983 reads, "Edgar Jones of San Antonio battles the Lakers' Magic Johnson for a loose ball during last night's L.A. loss, which tied the series at 1-1. Magic's team-high 28 points and 12 rebounds weren't nearly enough." This was the second of six Western Conference Finals games between the Lakers and the San Antonio Spurs. Even though the Lakers lost this game, they went on to play against the Philadelphia 76ers in the NBA Finals, however, they were ultimately defeated.
