Description
Connie and Irving begin the interview discussing how the book is work of collaboration, and is not indecent. They proceed to talk about the research process for the book and how Irving found relevant material, including sex trials that took place under oath. Connie and Irving then discuss another of Irving’s works, and how that book is a very contemporary work. Irving proceeds to talk about the sexual lives of other notable figures, and Connie introduces an offer for the Literary Guild program before they discuss Irving’s current reading and his work schedule, and how he disapproves of authors who don’t thoroughly use their talents.
