Photograph was edited for publication purposes Amadee Chabot went on to become Miss World America and represented the U.S. in the 1962 Miss World Pageant held in London where she finished in 8th place. Chabot, also known as Amedee Chabot or Joy Chabot, also toured with Bob Hope and enjoyed a successful acting career in Mexico, appearing in over 20 films. Photograph dated August 6, 1962 shows Miss California, Amadee Chabot, as she takes part in the festivities before a Dodger's doubleheader with the Chicago Cubs at Dodger Stadium.
