Description
Three stereo viewer photographs taken by James "Jimmie" F. Lee, who made tubes for Farnsworth. Notes on the front of the envelope read, "Photo taken about 1969-70 by Jimmie Lee - made tubes for Farnsworth. 202 Green Street San Francisco. Bldg. where Philo T. Farnsworth developed first all electronic TV. Stereo viewer." Note that the building in the photo does not appear to be 202 Green Street. The first photograph is of Sigurd Varian in front of an airplane. The second is an aerial view of the Stanford University campus. The third is an aerial view of an unidentified building, possibly a hospital. Includes Stereo Viewer by Taylor Merchant.
