Description
001-019. Group of nineteen decks of playing cards with back of various designs, but all from same company "Samuel Hart & Co. Phila Card Manufacatory 43 John Street, New York and No. 416 South 13th Street, Philadelphia" with design of an eagle with outstretched wings. Cards are old enough not to have numbers printed on the face; the suit only in traditional colors and pattern. NOTE: 1999/134/009. was placed on exhibit at the Discovery Museum July, 2001. .011 & .012 were place on exhibit at the Sacramento History Museum September 2010 by B. Ryan.
