"Bambine della S. Infanzia che raccolgono il cotone nell’orto di Hwangchow (Missione della Gioventù Femminile Cattolica Italiana)." Little girls at the Catholic mission are shown in a cotton field with fresh picked cotton. The following information is printed on the back of the postcard: "Apostolato Missionario della Gioventù Femminile Cattolica Italiana nello Shen-Si-Centrale. Proprietà Riservata della G.F.C.I. – Via S. Agnese, 2, Milano (108)." There is no handwriting on the back.
