Description
An update memo to Professor Donald Teruo Hata about Yukio Mochizuki's progress in his research. He first thanks Dr. Hata for offering to put him in contact with Mr. Raymond W. Ickes regarding the, "kidnapping of Japanese from Latin America during World War II." He then mentioned enclosed documents from a Peruvian interviewee (which are not included in this item.) He reports that his interviews are "lousy" after he reviews the tapes and inquires about other possible interviewees for his research, which seems to be going not as smoothly as he would have hoped. Collection of notes, articles, correspondence, photographs, and term papers collected by Yukio Mochizuki, a student at CSU Dominguez Hills, while researching Japanese American incarceration and Japanese Peruvian internment during World War II.
