Cars are parked in front of San Jose's City Hall, on North First Street, which opened in 1958 and cost $2,600,000 to build. In 2005, a new City Hall complex on East Santa Clara Street opened.

Images compressed to 800 pixels across the long dimension and to JPEG format. Scanning outsourced to Luna Imaging Inc. as part of an LSTA Grant funded by the California State Library in 2003-2004.
