Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the Julian Hotel and Post Office, in Woodland, 1900-1940. At center a three-story brick building with a flat roof is visible at an angle. A diamond-shaped design runs along the top of the building near the roof, while multiple windows are visible throughout the top two stories. Two arches are visible at street level on the corner of the building, which is situated left of center. The roof of a covered walkway at right forms a long balcony on the second story, while signs hang near the balcony reading, "W.H. Alexander", "Ingersoll Watch", and "Shinkle's Art Studio". Three men sit in rocking chairs under the covered walkway, while one man leans against a post at center. A dirt road is visible in the foreground.
