Photograph shows Diamond Lumber timber cruising party about 1914. man third from left is Earl Birmingham who was also a president of the Hammond Lumber Company. Written on back: Survey Crew - Price, Birmingham and Vandergrift. Joy Price to WHA that he not in picture ake [sic] took it. Also stated that man @ transit is not Vandergrift but a Swede brusher for the crew.. (Frank Compton, photo donor). Lot 6 Picture 20.
