Photograph article dated August 26, 1960 partially reads, "Plea on a charge that Mrs. Grace Watkins, 66, 2402 Eagle Mountain Rd., illegally turned left onto Van Nuys boulevard from the Broadway department Store in Panorama City was postponed 60 days Thursday in Van Nuys Traffic Court pending a study by the Los Angeles Traffic Commission."
