Photograph article dated October 16, 1964 partially reads, "Enthusiastic preview crowds turned out bright and early for a glimpse of the new Villa models at Hueneme Bay last weekend, according to sales manager, Andy Long. "These luxurious Villas add an exciting new dimension to the carefree, country-club living in this community," said Long, "And judging from the public's exuberant response we predict the Villas will go like the proverbial hotcakes!" Plans are now being completed for a gala grand opening, refreshments served, during the October 24th-25th weekend." Early-bird viewers flock to Hueneme Bay preview.
