Photograph caption dated October 10, 1957 reads, "Panorama City Rotary Club is sponsoring free polio vaccinations between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., Oct. 16, at Panorama Presbyterian Church Education Building, 14201 Roscoe Blvd., Panorama City. Discussing program are from left, Madelyne Goldberg, Troop 1914, Jim Prange, and his 2-year old daughter, Janie, and Martin Snell, Rotary community service program chairman. Girl Scouts will 'baby sit' while parents get shots and vaccine is offered to people of all ages."
