Photograph of a drawing with caption "Comprehensive parking master plan-1965, Civic Center Parking Study, County of Los Angeles Charles Luckman Associates, planning, architecture, engineering, Los Angles, New York Plate L". "White areas bordered by heavy black lines in the drawing above indicate the areas which will be needed for parking facilities by 1965 in the Los Angles Civic Center as recommended in the Comprehensive parking master plan submitted to the County Board of Supervisors by Charles Luckman Associates. The heavy dash is the boundary of Civic Center. Most of the land indicated by the white areas is presently owned by the various governmental agencies with Civic Center" -- press clipping from "Robert M. Garrick, Public Relations Counsel" for "Charles Luckman Associates" for release "after 12 noon, January 3" attached to verso dated " Jan. 13, 1961.
