Description
A trunk used as a military footlocker by David Lester Cole when he was in the U. S. Navy. It is made of black painted wood (or composite ?) with brass fittings and leather handles at each end. A torn paper label at one end has part of the name Arizona "r zona". At the opposite end is a paper label which has handwritten " Eng. D.L. Cole U.S.N.R. USS Arizona". A key is included and is in an evelope attached to the trunk.
