Photograph article dated February 27, 1962 partially reads, "Growth in the 22 Chest agencies located in the Valley attempted to keep pace with the Valley's growth during the past year...waiting lists for Chest youth groups are more the rule than the exception. Agencies helping develop good citizens in the Valley are Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Camp Fire Girls, Woodcraft Rangers, YWCA and Catholic Youth Organization. With each it's the same answer -- they need more volunteer adult leaders."; See images #00133139 and #00133141 for all photos in this series.
