Photograph caption reads: "NRA referee Don Duncan, left, holds target sheet for Wilbur Smith, president of Junior Rifle League, as Lew Hatfield, Valley rifle instructor, and C. W. Morrison look on. Officials were in charge of range in recent Junior Rifle Club shoot. More than 150 spectators and 124 shooters attended. Firing line and shooters are seen with their .22 rifles". The rifle range is at Marek Canyon. Photograph dated: Sept. 30, 1959.
