Description
Exterior view of very modern Channel Heights units, which were designed by Richard J. Neutra. The Housing Projects were built in 1942 for WWII shipbuilders. It was the last permanent housing funded by the Federal Works Agency after the war began. They have since been demolished. Architect: Richard J. Neutra.
