Photograph caption dated February 24, 1955 reads "Bert Ameche, center, of Northridge, receives medallion as fiftieth Encino Rotarian inducted into 4-year-old club, from Russell A. Qisenberry (sic), governor of Rotary District 160B. William F. Taylor, club president, looks on. Occasion is Rotary Golden Anniversary banquet at San Fernando Valley Country Club." The country club is in Woodland Hills.
