Description
A view of the Administration Building and Columbian Fountain at the World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago, taken across part of the Grand Basin. The building is two stories, with a large dome and statues lining the rooftops. The Columbian Fountain features a miniature ship with allegorical figures rowing and steering.
Date supplied by cataloger, based on the year of the Exposition. One of forty-eight glass plate negatives originally housed together with a note by Latta: "Frank Robinson Merced Area Misc. Unidentified."
