Description
Lease describes agreement terms beginning July 1, 1937 ending June 30, 1938 for 30 3/4 acres of the M. R. Dominguez allotment of Rancho San Pedro with a yearly rent of $615. Land is described as connecting the south line of the Carson allotment and the east line of the Los Angeles River Flood Control. Lease is signed by the company and lessee. A portion of the lease relating to subletting is stricken. Additional typescript is added to the lease referring subletting and to alien land laws and the company's policy to maintain record of birth certificates or naturalization documents as a part of the agreement.
