Description: Signage at the main entry to one of the two large office buildings at One Belvedere Place (1 Belvedere Drive) lists WeWork as a tenant. This was about the time of WeWork's aborted IPO (intitial public offering). It turns out investors valued this much publicized collection of collaborative work sharing spaces more like an over hyped real estate investment than an internet start-up.
