Mexican musicians and dancers participate in a parade for Dr. Ezequiel Padilla and other Mexican officials either before or after a special Cinco de Mayo ceremony was held in Padilla's honor at the Los Angeles City Hall. The building seen in the background is located at 3800 E. Brooklyn Avenue (later renamed Ce´sar Cha´vez Avenue), just east of N. Gage Avenue (background, right) in the Los Angeles County community of City Terrace.
