Photograph caption dated August 1, 1958 reads, "Caller Joel Pepper of Pacoima, center, looks over Knothead badges received by Mr. and Mrs. Bill Bradbury of Van Nuys and 20 other square dancers at graduation held by Bucks and Does club. In order to qualify for badges dancers traveled 100 miles each way in one evening to organized square dance."
