Description
In 1994, the focus of the Headlands Talks was our urban environment, more specifically, The City: Collaborative Visions. In The Idea of Risk, the Risk coordinator, Rene Yañez organized an afternoon of performances, installations, and site-specific events throughout the Headlands campus. Yañez selected artists through a Call For Entries, and all artists explored the meaning of risk in their work and why and when they come to take risks. Rene Yañez– artist and cultural activist, former artistic director of Galeria de la Raza
