Description
Dedication event ("the Great Turn On") for the San Felipe Project, which provides water from the Central Valley Project to Santa Clara County and San Benito County. Among the speakers: Santa Clara Valley Water District general manager John T. O'Halloran, San Jose Mercury reporter Harry Farrell, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation officials, SCVWD Board chairman James Lenihan.
