Grey pencil survey map completed for E. R. Sutton and Walter R. Cook with primary focus on Lots 49-50 and 52-53 of Mussel Shoals Tract No. 1. Complete map shows Lots 39-54 with a building on Lot 51, all located on Breakers Way. Other visible streets and highways are Ocean Avenue and the State Highway (Highway 101).
