Photograph article dated November 11, 1963 reads, "A Las Vegas man who arrived in the Valley Saturday seeking new fortunes for his family, wound up today searching for his family. Chris Hogan, 41, said he has not seen his wife and four young children since last Wednesday. He told the Valley Times they left Las Vegas for Van Nuys about 1 a.m. with another couple and that couple's three children. Accommodations were so crowded - three adults and 7 children in a 1957 sedan - that Hogan agreed there just wasn't room for him. He decided to take a bus Friday, agreeing to meet the rest of his party later in the Valley. The rest of the group, Hogan said, was to leave a message of their whereabouts at the bus depot or the Post Office in Van Nuys. A check at both places today revealed no message - and no family."
