Description
Accompanying paper says, "Henry S. Dyer, native of Alvarado came to Berryessa and bought orchard in 1914 on Hostetter Road. Died March 25, 1936 at home. Leaves wife Elizabeth, daughter Miriam Petithomme, son Henry S. Dyer Jr., two brothers and a sister. House built by Black or Heron (Herron, Herrin?) before Dyers came here.
