B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., writes Mr. K. Hopper apologizing for not replying to him earlier. He says that he has some comments that he would like to give about Hopper's Japan Times article dated 1979 December 9. In the postscript, Inoue shares his process when writing foreigners and reports that he has enclosed articles. The letter contains Inoue's signature. The letter also contains an original handwritten "11" on the top, right corner and a handwritten notation.
